Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

A guide adapted from manufacturer documents and Reiki resources, with clear limitations. No medical diagnosis, treatment or guaranteed outcomes.

Approach and limitations

What are Kazutama systems?

Kazutama is a family of devices described by its manufacturer using personal-awareness, energy and frequency concepts. Device purchases, guided sessions and device-use training are separate services on our website. These descriptions are not medical assessments or evidence of scientific efficacy.

#

Do these devices diagnose or treat disease?

No. These devices and sessions are not offered to diagnose, treat or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns; do not change medication or medical care because of these services.

#

What does the subconscious and Jung explanation mean?

Consciousness, the personal unconscious and the collective unconscious are discussed as a conceptual framework inspired by Jung. The 5% / 95% split in promotional diagrams is not a scientifically measured division of the mind or evidence of device efficacy. Sessions do not replace psychotherapy.

#

Understand the devices

Does Kazutama MINI need a computer?

The supplied MINI description includes a computer connection, USB device, USB memory and USB cable. MINI should not be confused with REIWA’s computer-free operation. Confirm compatibility with the current version and your computer before purchasing.

#

How should MINI’s 35 programs be understood?

The manufacturer documents describe 35 basic support programs. Their names describe menu options and intended themes; health-related words in a program name do not establish protective or therapeutic effects. The MINI product page lists the programs and details.

#

How does REIWA differ from MINI?

The supplied documents describe REIWA as a portable model requiring no computer connection or software installation. It has 35 menus and Short, Long and Customize options. MINI connects to a computer. Check the product page and operator for current hardware, package contents and operating requirements.

#

How is System III used?

System III is a computer-connected model with a broader range of menus and working modes. The supplied Ver.4b document specifies a Windows 10 or later environment; this does not guarantee compatibility with every new operating-system release. A computer is not included. Native Mac application support should not be assumed.

#

What does ZENWA KU focus on?

The supplied introduction describes Mental Check menus, short/long options and daily suggestions concerning emotional patterns and everyday awareness. These are the manufacturer’s personal-awareness tools, not clinical psychological tests, mental-health diagnoses or psychotherapy.

#

What is NC Cube Plus; can it be used with Kazutama?

The manufacturer describes NC Cube as a geometric system with two modes called Ether and Astral, with a Tray Pad accessory and options for use alongside Kazutama. Noosology and dimensional concepts are the manufacturer’s conceptual framework, not established physical or medical effects. Confirm which accessories are included before purchasing.

#

Can NC Cube and Tray Pad be washed with water?

No. These are electrical components; do not immerse them or wash them under running water. Disconnect power before cleaning. Follow the manual and use a lightly dampened soft cloth; do not open or repair the circuitry yourself.

#

Does faster NC Cube lighting mean a stronger effect?

The supplied explanation says the LED sequence visualizes the current path in the circuit. Faster flashing is not an indicator of a stronger health effect or a better outcome.

#

Are warranty and service conditions the same in every country?

No. The supplied documents include Japan-specific warranty and shipping conditions; these do not automatically define the terms of a sale in Türkiye. Review the local seller’s warranty, service, delivery and return terms and confirm them before purchasing.

#

Sessions and appointments

Must I buy a device to book a session?

No. A Kazutama Systems Session is purchased independently of a device. You discuss your intended focus with your consultant and agree on a suitable system and format. Use of every device in every session is not promised.

#

How does an in-person session work?

First you discuss your expectations and intended focus. Depending on the selected process, you may be asked to place your hand on the device’s sensing area. A suitable clean drinking-water container may be used for the process the manufacturer calls transfer to water. These steps are not medical measurements or proof of a health effect in the water.

#

Can a remote session use a photograph?

The operator offers remote sessions following the manufacturer’s photograph-based approach. Your consultant may request a personal photograph and, where relevant, a photograph of your water bottle. Claims of energy measurement from a photograph or transfer to distant water cannot be presented as scientifically established; results are not guaranteed.

#

Does the water-bottle brand matter?

No particular water brand is required. For an in-person process, use safe drinking water and a clean container that fits securely in the device area; your consultant confirms suitability. If a remote process requires a photograph, share it through your account. Water safety, hygiene and storage conditions remain important.

#

When is my appointment confirmed?

Sign in, choose the service, available format and an available time on the calendar. Complete billing and relevant preparation details, then proceed to payment. The administrator confirms the appointment after payment verification. Payment alone is not appointment approval; check the current status in your account.

#

How are time changes and later package sessions managed?

Contact the operator about a time change. The administrator checks availability, sets the new time in the calendar and the system creates a notification. Later Reiki package appointments are also scheduled by the administrator against your package entitlement, with each appointment tracked separately.

#

Is a Reiki session a medical service?

No. Reiki is offered here as a complementary practice focused on personal wellness and relaxation. In-person or remote options may be available. There is no guarantee of curing any disease, and Reiki does not replace necessary healthcare. Check the Reiki page for package contents, duration and current pricing.

#

#

Should I stop medical treatment for Reiki?

No. Reiki does not replace medical care. Make diagnosis, medication and treatment decisions with a qualified healthcare professional; do not delay necessary care.

#

How is distance Reiki described?

Reiki traditions include a belief that sessions can be offered without being physically together. This does not establish scientific proof of energy transmission over distance. Agree on the communication channel and preparation before your appointment.

#

Must I feel something during the session?

No particular sensation or emotion is expected. You may discuss your experience; feeling nothing does not mean you have failed. Relaxation or any other outcome is not guaranteed.

#

How are the Reiki package appointments scheduled?

Our Reiki package contains five separate meetings. Choose the first appointment when purchasing; the administrator plans later meetings with you. Check the purchase screen and your account for current duration, pricing and package status.

#

Do I need a photograph or water bottle for Reiki?

A photograph or water bottle is not required for Reiki. The service involving Kazutama devices is a separate practice. For remote Reiki, prepare a quiet space and the agreed communication channel.

#

Purchases and training

Which device can I choose for training?

In the Our Training purchase area, select one of the devices currently offered for sale and in stock. Training covers use of that single selected device. The current shared training price and duration are displayed in the purchase area; the device price is not included.

#

How do bank-transfer and card payments work?

Enabled payment methods appear at checkout. For a bank transfer, use the displayed account and payment-reference details; the administrator verifies receipt and updates the status. Card payment is available only when the iyzico integration is configured. If cash is offered, the operator verifies collection.

#

Where can I find prices, stock and cancellation terms?

Current pricing and stock appear on the relevant product or service purchase screen. Delivery, withdrawal, refunds, cancellations and appointment changes are covered in the sales and service terms. Read these before paying and contact the operator about anything unclear.

#

Membership and privacy

Where do I share preparation details and photographs?

Use the preparation area in your member account to provide your date of birth, contact details, intended focus and notes you choose to share. Upload personal and water-bottle photographs in the relevant fields. Keep your email and mobile number current; avoid unnecessary sensitive details or photographs of other people.

#

What is the photo upload limit; are photos public?

Each photograph may be up to 15 MB. File-format and image-safety checks also apply. Client photographs are stored separately from product images, encrypted, and are not placed in a public gallery. Access is restricted to the relevant member and authorized operator staff.

#

How are privacy consent and sensitive information handled?

Read the privacy notice. Separate explicit-consent choices apply to photographs and health-related sensitive information; sharing photographs is optional. Send data-related requests through the controller contact channel in the privacy notice. Accepting a contract and giving explicit consent are different actions.

#

What should I do if I forget my password?

Use Forgot password on the member sign-in screen. A time-limited, single-use reset link is sent to your registered email address. Set a new password and never share codes or reset links. The administrator cannot view your password.

Important information

Energy, frequency and transfer-to-water terms describe the manufacturer’s approach, not scientifically established health benefits. Versions, accessories and operating requirements may change. Review current product information and terms before paying.
